Jerusalem: A 84 square meter, three-space, ground flooring apartment with a 6 sq. meter balcony on Hapalmach Road in Previous Katamon was sold for NIS 2.9 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central location
Tel Aviv: A 80 sq. meter, four-room, ground floor backyard apartment with a 12 square meter backyard garden and parking on Hahagana Avenue in the Neve Barbur neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.17 million. A 105-sq. meter, four-place, seventh ground penthouse condominium which includes an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Road in the Neve Chen community was bought for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 square meter, five-room, 2nd floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Road in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was bought for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 square meter, three-area, fourth floor apartment with a stability space, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage home, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Job overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, health area and tennis courtroom in the building was bought for NIS 6.4 million.

A 82 sq. meter, four-area, fifth flooring apartment a sun balcony and elevator on Harav Merozin Avenue was offered for NIS 2.39 million. A 100 sq. meter, 4.5-room, second flooring apartment with a sun balcony, elevator and parking on Arnon Avenue was sold for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX – Aim).

Petah Tikva: A 115 sq. meter, five-space apartment with a 10 square meter sun balcony, elevator and parking on Sander Avenue was bought for NIS 1.97 million (RE-MAX – Supreme).

Rishon Lezion: A 75 square meter, 2.5-home, next flooring condominium with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Road in the Remez neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 square meter, 5-space, sixth floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Avenue was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 sq. meter, 7 home dwelling with a 49 sq. meter basement on a 320 sq. meter whole lot with two parking spaces on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim community in the west of the metropolis was marketed for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 square meter, 4-room, 2nd floor apartment with an 8 sq. meter sunlight balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 square meter, 5-place, fifth floor apartment with a 12 square meter sun balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was sold for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, 4 room, 2nd floor apartment on Hakerem Street was offered for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
