The Far better Organization Bureau of Abilene and the Big Region declared in a news launch Monday that two local firms — Condley and Company and 3rd Street Printing and Indicator Corporation — are the winners of the 2022 Torch Awards for Ethics.
The award recognizes companies what “preserve a stable commitment to management character, social accountability and higher standards of organizational ethics that reward their clients, workforce and communities,” the launch said, with winners selected by a committee of local business leaders and professors.
In accordance to the launch, other finalists for this year’s Torch Awards were: Resourceful Cakes, Storey Plumbing, Justice Building, TD Electrical, Diamondback Painting, Wyatt Electrical Providers, County Squander Service and Batts Communications.

Atmos Power aids World-wide Samaritan Assets e book area
Atmos Vitality announced in a news launch Wednesday that it had recently donated $7,500 to International Samaritan Means to aid the nonprofits Summer Open Guide Home, which offers free books to Large State inhabitants.
The donation, which will fund marketing, functions and components for the guide place, is part of Atmos Energy’s Fueling Risk-free and Thriving Communities travel to assist instruction, literacy, vitality guidance and food stuff safety in 1,400 communities the company serves, the release reported.

U-Haul names new local dealership
U-Haul Company of Texas has introduced that 4Reigns Motors, at 2450 S. 14th St., is now a U-Haul neighborhood seller.
Items and services such as U-Haul vans, towing equipment, transferring supplies and in-shop pickup for containers will be offered.
